iClasss collects first name, last name and contact details such as mobile number and email address from all users. For students, schools are opted to upload students’ personal photo. Data are collected directly by the user on our website or mobile app, or if it’s the student by the school administrator; or when users contact us via Customer Service email. Mainly, we collect the data to establish one's identity within iClasss school community, for support needs and to invite more users to iClasss. When users want to purchase iClasss services they are asked to complete our online order forms. As part of the order form, we will request personal contact information and financial information. Any financial information is used only to bill for the iClasss services purchased.

iClasss may disclose or share personally identifiable information with third parties when necessary to provide resolution to a service request, to comply with federal or state law or subpoenas, or to comply with liquidation or mergers and acquisition-related activities.
